Don’t just take it from me! Let my clients tell you what occurred for them when we worked together:
Donna, thank you for your brilliant coaching as I struggled mightily with my resistance to writing my book, Sacred Success. Your willingness to stand for me to share my truth and to follow my inner guidance, despite my resistance, despite my fears, made all the difference and allowed me to get this new body of work out in the world.

I am so grateful to have invested in Donna’s support on this journey. It was like going to the gym, except I had to build the muscle of trusting my inner guidance. Checking in, taking action, and watching how life unfolded in real time - versus staying stuck in the perpetual loops of “what ifs” and “I can’ts”. Donna’s steady, grounded, soul-centered approach, coupled with her humor, created a super strong container for me to do the inner work I needed to leave my corporate career. (Something I’d been longing to do for many years.) I’m now creating a life where my Spirit is leading.

Donna’s amazing! Since I've started working with her, I've started working less, I make more money, and I'm down 11 pounds (it's a start!). And we are just getting started! Her support has been so valuable, and I'd say imperative to my making shifts. Not to mention, she's FUN and FUNNY! And she keeps it real!

One of the best gifts I’ve ever given myself has been coaching with Donna Otmani. She knew just how to hone in on the inner obstacles and “misunderstandings” keeping me from relaxing into a more fluid, natural, and grace-filled way of being in my overcrowded life--particularly in certain recurring stress-filled situations. Donna balances precise, laser-sharp coaching skills with her hilarious brand of humor and heartfelt authenticity. Amazingly, every single session with her unlocked something new and unexpected that brought clarity about a next step, a decision, a relationship, or an old pattern. She helped me gain more regular and reliable access to my inner knowing and in the process, filled me to the brim with the loving, generous energy she both embodies and inspires.

The exact place where you resist or avoid the very thing you say you want.
Learn to recognize it, stay with yourself there, and successfully move through it.
A training for people who are tired of knowing what they want, but aren’t following through.
If you’ve ever tried to make changes in your life, you’ve already experienced The Override Point.
It shows up when you’re:
going for a new fitness goal
building or growing something in your business
starting (or finishing) a creative project
making a decision about a relationship or life direction
gearing up to have the conversation you’ve been avoiding
And it shows up in everyday life, too:
you ordered out again when you said you’d cook
you skipped the walk, even though you swore you were going to go
you drank three glasses of wine instead of the one you promised yourself
you scrolled on IG instead of spending quality time with your significant other or kids
In every version of this, there’s a moment where you go to do the thing you said you would… and then don’t.
Sometimes you can push through it and get yourself back on track.
But more often, it’s where you override yourself and stop.
Not because you don’t want it.
Not because you’re incapable.
Not because you’re undisciplined.
It’s because you don’t yet know how to stay with yourself there.
And so you stop.
Again.
And again.
And AGAIN.
This pattern erodes how you feel about yourself:
You start trusting yourself less.
You feel the gap between what you say and what you do widen.
You begin to second-guess what you’re capable of.
You miss out on the experiences, opportunities, and versions of life that only exist on the other side of that moment.
What gives?
Why TF do we keep doing this?
So many people come to me thinking they need more discipline, structure, or accountability.
They try to push harder. Try to be more consistent. Try to “just do it.”
But it doesn’t work—not here.
Because what’s happening in that moment isn’t a discipline problem. It’s self-protection.
And self-protective strategies don’t respond to more willpower.
They don’t shift because you try harder.
What’s actually needed is the skill of recognizing the Override Point, staying with what’s happening inside, and moving through it instead of stopping.
We are wired to resist change. It’s just the way it is.
Old protective patterns come online every time you go for something new.
Every time you stretch.
Every time you try to change/enhance your life.
And until you learn how to work with that, you don’t just struggle—you repeat the same stopping point over and over again.
And your life stays just slightly out of reach of what you actually want.
If you’re tired of getting stopped at the exact moment that matters most, if you’re done circling the same patterns in your health, your work, your relationships, your life, JOIN ME in The Override Point.
This is the work of learning how to stay with yourself right there—so you can actually move forward.
