You already know you’re called to be a coach.

One of the most important skills a coach needs — beyond coaching and enrollment — is the ability to work with the internal mental and emotional material that arises when you’re building your own practice.

This isn’t a “nice to have.” It’s the difference between staying in the game with clarity and authority — or quietly stepping back, even though you know you’re capable of more.

Without this skill, fear, self-protection, and old patterns will continue to shape your results, no matter how much strategy you know.

Here’s an example:

You’re raising your fees, but when it’s time to say the number out loud, your body tightens. The words won’t come. You hesitate. You’ve practiced alone, joined masterminds, journaled, and repeated affirmations — and still, something freezes.

In The Internal Audit, we might discover that you grew up with an unpredictable parent — someone who could erupt without warning. Now, in moments where there’s even the possibility of upset or rejection, a self-protective part of you braces and shuts things down. Not because you’re unsafe now — but because this pattern once kept you safe.

No strategy can override that. It takes learning how to recognize, meet, and work with the part of you that’s protecting you — so it no longer has to run the show.

The Internal Audit exists to make these dynamics visible, so you can clearly see what’s shaping your results. Then we can identify the most powerful internal and external actions that will allow you to move forward with alignment, confidence, and real momentum.

With this work, you’ll:

• See clearly what’s been limiting or slowing your growth — without judgment or self-criticism

• Understand why certain actions trigger resistance, hesitation, or fear — and how to work with them differently

• Clarify what’s ready to evolve in your practice, including shifts in direction, structure, or pricing

• Begin creating from internal alignment, so confidence, creativity, and momentum feel natural rather than forced

This work is grounded in Spiritual Psychology and designed to support shifts in consciousness, aka create changes from the inside out.
