SHIFTING YOUR SH!TSHOW SCHEDULE

THE INNER & OUTER WORK TO CREATE SPACE IN YOUR OVERSCHEDULED LIFE

COMPLIMENTARY ZOOM WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN
SATURDAY, MAY 4TH
9-11AM PT/12-2PM ET

If you’ve barely got time to pee during your day, find yourself running from sun-up to sundown, and then judge yourself for numbing out by binge-watching TV, overeating, drinking, or scrolling on your phone- YOU’RE NOT ALONE.

We’re raised to put other’s needs first and to be helpful and agreeable. We’re raised to get things done, hold things together and be the one everyone can turn to.
We often choose to take it all on by ourselves, telling ourselves it’s just easier and quicker if we handle it.
We then get praised for our strength, and our ability to juggle and manage so much.
We’re praised for the amount we can get done in a day and applauded for our self-lessness and thoughtfulness.

YET, WE’RE SUFFERING from this ridiculous pace and complexity. It’s just too much.
It’s overwhelming, frustrating, exhausting.
These packed schedules and lack of time and space for ourselves impact every area of our lives: our bodies, finances, relationships with others, and our relationship with ourselves. It’s affecting our happiness and well-being. And more and more clients are reporting that they feel lonely and disconnected.

(It’s truly no wonder more women than men suffer from auto-immune diseases, depression, and anxiety!)

We get it! We’ve been there! And we’ve worked with hundreds of women who have been there, too.
We know that when you’re in this spot, there seems to be no way for it to be different. That this is just the way life is/has to be.

It’s like: come on, short of running away and living on a desert island or winning the lottery, we don’t have a choice! We’ve got responsibilities!
The job has deadlines, the people and pets in our lives have needs, the aging parents need support, the bills have to get paid…and the house isn’t going to clean itself!
And what about all the pleasurable things we want to do: the vacations we want to take, the concerts we want to attend, the family time we want to have, the time to walk/run/do yoga, the healthy meals you want to cook, the language you long to speak, and dear God can we please squeeze in some sexy time?!

Seriously, what’s a gal to do?
Like most of us, you may find yourself leaning on your coping strategies to “deal with it”.
Maybe you’re:
Numbing out: with food, alcohol, television, social media, overworking, etc…
Avoiding: your relationship, friendships, interests you once loved, and “going away” in your own life.
Pushing past your limits: Ignoring your capacity until you find yourself yelling at your kids or partners more often, melting down at work, and/or getting injured or sick more often than normal.
Are you even aware of your “it’s all too much” triggers?

Again, you’re totally not alone!
We’re both hearing the same things over and over in our sessions with clients: Women reporting they’re feeling lonely, disconnected, and overwhelmed. Feeling bad when they’re not being productive. Getting down on themselves for wanting to rest or check out after times of great output. Feeling ashamed for not being able to handle it all. Feeling ashamed when they need help or when they find themselves crying or needing to talk about how out of control they feel.

How ‘bout we put a stop to this madness?
We’re here to help you see that you CAN  move the needle in your everyday experience right now!

No lottery ticket, deserted island, or big massive changes required.

What it WILL require is your willingness to give us 2 hours.
We know. We know. 2-hours? When you just told us about your packed schedule and the million things you’re juggling.

Hang with us here.

(We promise, this isn’t some time management, organizational strategy workshop!)
We’re asking you to invest time so you can get back your time.
We’re asking you to invest your precious minutes in this workshop so you can learn the inner and outer work to create space in your overpacked life.
We’re going to guide you through 3 simple yet powerful questions that will make a tremendous impact on how you’re experiencing your schedule and your life.

Combined, we have helped hundreds of women in our individual private practices move from an unconscious reactionary, and disempowered relationship to their life/schedule to a conscious, intentional, and empowered one. And that’s what we’re going to introduce you to in this complimentary workshop.
